FII Institute started in 2017 as an annual event bringing people together to invest in the most promising solutions.

We implemented events Staffing Plans and contingency plans we establish to ensure seamless execution and handling of the event and guests Diligent training of all staff on protocols and guest handling taking into consideration the scale and stature of the event and guests.

Training: Two days of full training in collaboration with THA + RAA.

Client: Richard Attias and Associates (RAA) orchestrated the event.

Recognition: RAA named the 7th Edition the best based on guest journey and feedback.

Distinguished Guests: MBS, the Korean President, and world leaders, ambassadors, VIPs, and CEOs attended, making it one of Saudi's most prestigious events.

Strategic Deployment: A diverse team was strategically positioned across key roles, including Airport Hosts/Hostesses, Official Hotel representatives for 8 hotels, Convention Center Registration, Packers, and Supervisors, with additional crucial support from THA Operations Managers and Directors, ensuring a comprehensive and well-coordinated execution of responsibilities.
